(1) If it deems it necessary or appropriate to carry out any work of national interest or the health, convenience or economic benefit of the general public through an institute, the Government of Nepal may establish and constitute such an institute by publishing the following information in the Nepal Gazette: –

(a) Name of the Institute,

(b) Place and address of principal office of the Institute,

(c) Objectives of the Institute, and

(d) Names, addresses and professions of the members of the Board of Directors of the Institute.

(2) The Institute shall be an incorporated body with inalienable succession and shall have a separate seal of its own for all the affairs of the Institute.

p>(3) The corporation can acquire, enjoy and transfer movable and immovable property like a person.

(4) The corporation or the corporation can conduct lawsuits in the name of the corporation.
